Regular Season Round 12: Randers - Svendborg 109-76

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fifth ranked Randers' (6-6) home victory over 6th ranked Svendborg (5-8) 109-76. The game was mostly controlled by Randers. Svendborg was better in fourth quarter 28-27. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Randers dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Svendborg's 50. They outrebounded Svendborg 50-28 including a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Randers players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Nigerian-American guard Deuce Bello (192-92, college: E.Tenn.St., agency: Dutt Sports Services) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Kyndahl Hill (201-94, college: Weber St.) who added 12 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five Randers players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Cameroonian forward Harding NaNa (203-81, college: Delaware) with 17 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and American guard Terrell Harris (191-93, college: Georgia Coll.) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Randers maintains fifth position with 6-6 record. Svendborg at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. Randers will play against higher ranked Horsholm (#3) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Svendborg will have a break next round.
