Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Ezerunas and 7th ranked Taurages had identical 12-13 record. But Taurages was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Moletai 74-70. Ezerunas made 18-of-22 charity shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Strangely Taurages outrebounded Ezerunas 48-34 including a 21-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Taurages helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Laurynas Kirlys (191-93) who scored 31 points. Guard Arnas Adomavicius (185-0) chipped in 14 points. Forward Rytis Pipiras (201-95) produced 18 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Rokas Cepanonis (207-89) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts. They have a solid four-game winning streak. Ezerunas (13-13) moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Jonava and Telsiai. Newly promoted Taurages dropped to the ninth position with 14 games lost.
