Bottom-ranked UBSC Graz (0-16) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 16th consecutive match to third ranked Arkadia Lions (11-4) 81-61 on Sunday evening. Arkadia Lions forced 22 UBSC Graz turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Florian Trmal (199-89, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who scored 37 points (!!!) (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). American center Darien Nelson-Henry (211-94, college: Pennsylvania) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and French forward Matt Gamberoni (208-91, college: Trevecca Naz.) added 8 points respectively for the hosts. Arkadia Lions moved-up to second place, which they share with Kapfenberg. Loser UBSC Graz still closes the standings. Arkadia Lions will meet league's second-placed Kapfenberg Bulls on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. UBSC Graz will have a break next round.
