Another upset was a game between Gladiators (8-9) and OrangeAcademy (5-12), which took place in Ulm. Higher ranked Gladiators lost to fourteenth ranked OrangeAcademy in a road game 85-99. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Gladiators. OrangeAcademy shot 64.7 percent from the field. Jamaican-Canadian forward Jermaine Bucknor (201-83, college: Richmond) produced 17 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and power forward Johannes Joos (206-95) added 15 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted OrangeAcademy maintains fourteenth place with 5-12 record. Gladiators at the other side keep the eighth position with nine games lost.
