Regular Season Round 13: Oradea - Dinamo B. 104-65

Bottom-ranked CS Dinamo Bucuresti (0-13) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 104-65 loss to sixth ranked Oradea (8-4) in Oradea on Monday evening. The game was mostly controlled by Oradea. CS Dinamo Bucuresti managed to win fourth quarter 21-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Oradea dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to CS Dinamo Bucuresti's 38 and made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Oradea looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Montenegrin Nemanja Milosevic (204-87, college: W.Kentucky, agency: 011 Sports) stepped up and scored 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and international forward Nicolae-Bogdan Nicolescu (199-97) chipped in 18 points. Four Oradea players scored in double figures. At the losing side Amedeo Casale (194-97) responded with 14 points and 5 rebounds and Mircea Neagoe scored 16 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Oradea moved-up to fifth place. Loser CS Dinamo Bucuresti still closes the standings with 13 games lost. Oradea will meet Politehnica Iasi (#11) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. CS Dinamo Bucuresti will play against the league's leader UBT Cluj Napoca and hopes to get finally their first victory.
