There was an upset when higher ranked Acibadem (10-8) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Duzce Belediye (9-9) 82-74 on Saturday. Duzce Belediye looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American-Jamaican power forward Kyle Hunt (208-89, college: Oklahoma S&A, agency: Octagon Europe) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Corin Henry (178-88, college: Tarleton St., agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 18 points and 10 assists during the contest. Four Duzce Belediye players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American power forward D.J. White (206-86, college: Indiana) with 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks and center Hakan Yapar (202-84) scored 11 points. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Duzce Belediye moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Bakirkoy. Loser Acibadem keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. Duzce Belediye will face higher ranked Selcuklu (#5) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
