Regular Season Round 14: Rilski - Beroe 96-88

NBL top team - Rilski (10-3) added another victory to their record. This time they beat sixth ranked Beroe (5-7) in Samokov 96-88. The hosts were already 11 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 25-22 Beroe's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 96-88 at the end of the game. Rilski dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Beroe's 24. They outrebounded Beroe 41-21 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Rilski players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Rilski have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-3 record. Beroe at the other side keeps the sixth place with seven games lost. Rilski will play against Yambol (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Beroe will play against the league's second-placed Balkan and hopes to get back on the winning track.
