The most exciting game of round 13 in the Dameligaen took place in Stevnsgade. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 3rd placed SISU (7-6) to fourth ranked Stevnsgade (8-5) 73-71 in the game for the third place. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of SISU. Stevnsgade forced 20 SISU turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Ida Pretzmann (178-90, college: TCU) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Emilie Hesseldal (186-90, college: Colorado St.) contributed with 5 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Stevnsgade's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Kama Griffitts (183-91, college: Arizona) answered with 22 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals and forward Catharina Jensen (182-89) added 16 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for SISU. Stevnsgade have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. SISU at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. Stevnsgade are again looking forward to face SISU (#4) in Copenhagen in the next round. SISU will have a break next round.
