Regular Season Round 15: Radnik B. - Mladost 66-72

Everything could happen in Bijeljina at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked Mladost and 9th ranked Radnik B. had identical 5-8 record. But Radnik B. was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Mrkonjic Grad 72-66. Radnik B. was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian power forward Sreten Knezevic (205-94) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. Swingman Vladimir Aleksic (198-87) accounted for 18 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Guard Dejan Kokorus (196-93) came up with 20 points and 5 rebounds and guard Luka Jovanovic (194-96) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Radnik B. in the defeat. Radnik B.'s coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Mladost (6-8) moved-up to seventh place. Newly promoted Radnik B. keeps the ninth position with nine games lost. Mladost will play against higher ranked Student M. (#6) in Mostar in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Radnik B. will play on the road against Bosna-Royal in Sarajevo and hopes to get back on the winning track.
