Very predictable result when first ranked Grevenbroich (17-1) defeated at home 7th ranked Recklinghausen (9-9) 83-74 on Saturday. Grevenbroich dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Recklinghausen's 38. Guard Farid Sadek (188-83) scored 18 points, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and American-British center Malcolm Delpeche (203-95, college: Bates) chipped in 19 points during the contest. Delpeche attended previously one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball.
