Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Demir IBB (5-11) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Sakarya BSB (10-6) 77-67. Sakarya BSB players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. It was a very good performance for international forward Metecan Birsen (208-95) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. American point guard Lazeric Jones (182-90, college: UCLA) contributed with 13 points and 9 assists for the winners. Four Sakarya BSB players scored in double figures. American point guard Erving Walker (173-90, college: Florida, agency: Two Points) replied with 19 points and Lithuanian power forward Evaldas Kairys (207-90) added 9 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Demir IBB. Demir IBB's coach Ozhan Civgin let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Sakarya BSB moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Banvit BK and Eskisehir Basket.
