No shocking result in a game when second ranked Triglav (11-3) crushed 6th ranked Grosbasket (5-9) in Kranj 74-52 on Saturday. Triglav forced 31 Grosbasket turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 48 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Triglav made 8 blocks. International Marusa Senicar (183-97) notched a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international point guard Rebeka Abramovic (172-93) supported her with 18 points and 9 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Even a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds by center Teja Gorsic (187-99) did not help to save the game for Grosbasket. Point guard Maska Gabrijel (170-98) added 16 points for the guests. Grosbasket's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Triglav maintains second position with 11-3 record having just three points less than leader Celje. Grosbasket lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with nine games lost.
