Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Krka (8-8) edged on the road 9th ranked Hopsi Polzela (5-11) 80-78 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 3 points after three quarters before their 23-18 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Krka outrebounded Hopsi Polzela 37-20 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Hopsi Polzela was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch.
