The game with biggest result difference took place in Buyukcekmece. Local Demir IBB (6-11) outscored 9th ranked Istanbul BBSK (8-9) 107-78. Demir IBB shot 66.7 percent from the field. They shot the lights out from three nailing 15 long-distance shots on high 75.0 percentage. Demir IBB players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American point guard Erving Walker (173-90, college: Florida, agency: Two Points) nailed a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 13 assists for the winning side and his fellow American import guard Bracey Wright (191-84, college: Indiana) accounted for 22 points and 6 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Demir IBB moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Pinar Karsiyaka and Galatasaray. Istanbul BBSK at the other side keeps the ninth position with nine games lost. Demir IBB's next round opponent will be higher ranked Banvit (#4) in Balikesir and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
