Very predictable result when sixth ranked Darussafaka (11-7) won against 15th ranked Usak Sportlif (4-14) in Istanbul 89-76 on Saturday. Darussafaka looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a good game for American guard Scottie Wilbekin (188-93, college: Florida) who led his team to a victory with 25 points and 5 assists. Cuban forward Howard Sant-Roos (200-91) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Darussafaka's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American center Richard Solomon (208-92, college: California, agency: Pensack Sports) replied with 17 points and his fellow American import forward Jordan Hamilton (201-90, college: Texas) added 8 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Usak Sportlif. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Darussafaka moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Banvit BK and Sakarya BSB.
