We should mention about the upset which took place in Iasi, where 8th ranked Phoenix Galati (8-9) lost to eleventh ranked Politehnica Iasi (2-13) in a road game 91-99 on Sunday. Phoenix Galati was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game.
