Regular Season Round 18: Bamberg - Keltern II 67-62

There was an upset when higher ranked Keltern II (8-8) lost on the road to ninth ranked Don Bosco Bamberg (6-11) 67-62 on Sunday. It was a good game for American power forward Tori Waldner (196-93, college: Penn St.) who led her team to a victory with 14 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import guard Jamiyah Bethune (173, college: Monmouth) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American power forward Schaquilla Nunn (190-94, college: Tennessee, agency: LBM Management) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 23 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Iva Banozic added 15 points in the effort for Keltern II. Four Keltern II players scored in double figures. Don Bosco Bamberg maintains ninth position in South with 6-11 record. Loser Keltern II keeps the fifth place with eight games lost. Don Bosco Bamberg will have a break next round. Keltern II will play at home against Krofdorf/Gleib. (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
