Regular Season Round 22: Crailsheim II - Lich II 91-82

The game between closely ranked teams ended with twelfth ranked Crailsheim II's (7-13) home victory over 13th ranked Lich II (4-15) 91-82 on Saturday. Crailsheim II looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Lich II was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Eric Ross (201-94, college: Shorter) had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Slovenian forward Dalibor Cevriz (196-87) chipped in 19 points and 5 assists during the contest. Five Crailsheim II players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Chris Longoria (193-92, college: Valdosta St.) responded with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and Croatian Karlo Lebo (196-94, agency: PEPI SPORT) scored 21 points. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Crailsheim II moved-up to eleventh place in South-West, which they share with Kronberg. Lich II lost third consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 15 games lost. Crailsheim II will face league's second-placed Speyer on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Lich II will play against TV Langen (#5) and hope to win that game.
