No shocking result in a game in Breitenguessbach where fifth ranked TSV Troester (15-6) defeated 9th ranked Topstar (8-14) 91-75 on Saturday. They outrebounded Topstar 39-24 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. TSV Troester looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was center Erik Land (205-90) who scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Joerg Dippold (195-92) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four TSV Troester players scored in double figures. TSV Troester's coach Ulf Schabacker allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Slovenian guard Emanuel Richter (192-86) who recorded 27 points and 5 rebounds and guard Jonathan Genck (185-86) added 13 points and 5 assists respectively.
