Very expected game when 13th ranked Pinar Karsiyaka (6-14) was defeated at home by second ranked Fenerbahce (17-3) 74-69. The winners were led by American guard Brad Wanamaker (193-89, college: Pittsburgh) who scored that evening 16 points and Serbian Marko Guduric (196-95, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 11 points. Fenerbahce's coach Zeljko Obradovic allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 22 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) by American swingman DJ Kennedy (198-89, college: St.John's) did not help to save the game for Pinar Karsiyaka.
