There was no surprise in Langen where 10th ranked Don Bosco Bamberg (6-14) was defeated by seventh ranked Rhein Main Baskets (9-11) 61-56. Rhein Main Baskets made 25-of-30 charity shots (83.3 percent) during the game, while Don Bosco Bamberg only scored seven points from the stripe. 24 personal fouls committed by Don Bosco Bamberg helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Bosnian power forward Anja Stupar (182-89) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds.
