The game between Top Four teams took place in Kranj. Their biggest opponent host Triglav (17-4) lost to leader Celje (21-0) 69-61. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Triglav. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 39-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. They outrebounded Triglav 44-25 including a 22-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American forward Oderah Chidom (193-95, college: Duke) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 18 rebounds. At the losing side guard Urska Zibert (174-93) responded with 25 points and 4 assists and the former international point guard Rebeka Abramovic (172-93) scored 10 points and 5 rebounds. Celje have an impressive series of twenty one victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 21-0 record. Triglav at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Celje are looking forward to face Jezica (#7) in Ljubljana in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Triglav will play on the road against Maribor (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
