Rather predictable result when Phoenix Galati (14-12) smashed on the road CS Dinamo Bucuresti (1-24) 94-62 on Tuesday. The game without a history. Phoenix Galati led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Phoenix Galati outrebounded CS Dinamo Bucuresti 39-27 including 27 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American power forward Will Artino (211-92, college: Creighton, agency: KMG Sports Management) who scored 19 points and 9 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Phillip Miller (185-91, college: Wiley, agency: 011 Sports) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists. Five Phoenix Galati players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Cezar Stanescu (191-88) who recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds and international Amedeo Casale (194-97) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Phoenix Galati will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. CS Dinamo Bucuresti will play against Politehnica Iasi (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
