Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Lietkabelis (19-12) and Nevezis (9-23), which took place in Kedainiai. Higher ranked Lietkabelis lost to ninth ranked Nevezis in a road game 87-99 on Saturday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. It was a very good performance for American point guard Lester Medford (178-93, college: Baylor, agency: 3Eye) who helped to win the game recording 30 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
