The game with biggest result difference took place in Kranj. Local Triglav (21-4) outscored 7th ranked Jezica (8-17) 70-29. The game without a history. Triglav led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Jezica to just 4 points in second quarter and to 9 points in first half. Triglav held Jezica to an opponent 20.8 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.2 percent accuracy of the winners. Triglav forced 27 Jezica turnovers and outrebounded them 48-31 including a 37-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Jezica's players. It was a quality performance for the former international point guard Rebeka Abramovic (172-93) who led the winners and scored 22 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 8 steals. Maja Jakobcic (184-97) accounted for 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Guard Sasa Ziherl (174-92) came up with 11 points and center Anja Spoljar (177-99) added 4 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Jezica in the defeat. Jezica's coach Mojca Markovic gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Triglav. They maintain second place with 21-4 record having four points less than leader Celje. Jezica lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the seventh position with 17 games lost. Triglav's next round opponent will be Konjice (#5) on the road. Jezica will play against Maribor and hope to win that game.
