The game between Top Four teams took place in Panevezys. 4th placed host Lietkabelis (19-13) lost to third ranked Neptunas (23-9) 94-89. The guests trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 28-21 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 30 personal fouls committed by Lietkabelis helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Neptunas are looking forward to face league's second-placed Lietuvos rytas in Vilnius in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lietkabelis will play on the road against P.Zvaigzdes in Pasvalys and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
