The game in Kranj supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked KK Primorska (7-2) played at the court of 6th ranked Sencur Gor. (3-6). KK Primorska smashed Sencur Gor. 97-74 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by KK Primorska. Sencur Gor. was better in second period 27-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. KK Primorska shot 63.3 percent from the field. KK Primorska outrebounded Sencur Gor. 40-25 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 64.0 percentage. Coach Jurica Golemac's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. The former international forward Dino Muric (200-90) answered with 19 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Smiljan Pavic (210-80) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Sencur Gor.KK Primorska maintains second place in Nova KBM with 7-2 record despite having the same number of points like the leader Olimpija. Loser Sencur Gor. keeps the sixth position with six games lost. KK Primorska will face Helios (#5) in Domzale in the next round. Sencur Gor. will play on the road against Ilirija in Ljubljana and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
