Regular Season Round 28: Muenchen OSB - Schwabing 86-63

There was no surprise when 8th ranked Schwabing (9-16) was crushed on the road by sixth ranked Muenchen OSB (15-11) 86-63 on Saturday. Muenchen OSB dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Schwabing's 36. They outrebounded Schwabing 43-20 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Forward Jermaine Lippert (203-90, college: Detroit Mercy) fired a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American guard Omari Knox (188-86, college: Bloomfield) chipped in 17 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. American swingman Nathan Gibbs (203-89, college: Westmont) produced 17 points and center Lukas Dollinger (201-97) added 15 points respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Muenchen OSB maintains sixth position in South-East with 15-11 record. Schwabing lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with 16 games lost.
