Finals Game 1: UNI Gyor - ZTE NKK 72-56

Uni Gyor rallied past ZTE NKK in the consolation finals opener. The game without a history. UNI Gyor led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to ZTE NKK's 30. They outrebounded ZTE NKK 35-23 including 23 on the defensive glass. Canadian guard Nirra Fields (175-93, college: UCLA) fired 14 points for the winners. International forward Cyesha Goree (190-93, college: Michigan, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. UNI Gyor's coach Peter Volgyi used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. American center Nadia Parker (191-87, college: USC) produced 12 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import guard Chucky Jeffery (178-91, college: Colorado) added 12 points and 4 steals respectively for lost side. Four ZTE NKK players scored in double figures.
