SKL top team - Celje (27-0) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they crushed eighth ranked Domzale (0-27) 113-37. The game without a history. Celje led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Domzale to just 4 points in second quarter. Celje forced 22 Domzale turnovers and outrebounded them 51-23 including a 22-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Domzale's players. International point guard Aleksandra Kroselj (170-99) fired 29 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners. International Larisa Ocvirk (187-97) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Celje players scored in double figures. Center Ula Dremel (182-94) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and guard Blazka Hribar (174-98) added 4 points respectively for lost side. Domzale's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the twenty seventh consecutive win for Celje. Defending champion maintains first place with 27-0 record. Domzale lost their twenty seventh game in a row. They still close the standings. Celje will meet at home league's second-placed Triglav in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Domzale will play against Jezica (#7) in Ljubljana and hopes to get finally their first victory.
