Finals Game 1: AEK - Keravnos 69-60

AEK rallied past Keravnos in Division A championship series opener. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 23-21. But Keravnos won second period 15-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American power forward Devin Searcy (208-89, college: Dayton) stepped up and scored 21 points for the winners and his fellow American import point guard Tyreek Duren (183-91, college: La Salle) chipped in 8 points and 7 assists. At the losing side American power forward Terell Parks (204-91, college: W.Illinois) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 15 rebounds and the former international power forward Anthony King (206-85, college: Miami, FL) scored 7 points and 14 rebounds. Four Keravnos players scored in double figures.
