Uni Gyor upset ZTE NKK on the road to claim Bronze medals. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. UNI Gyor dominated on the defensive end, holding ZTE NKK to just 7 points in fourth quarter. They outrebounded ZTE NKK 41-30 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Czech center Kamila Stepanova (191-88, agency: Basket Promotion Agency) who scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Canadian guard Nirra Fields (175-93, college: UCLA) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. American guard Chucky Jeffery (178-91, college: Colorado) produced 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and Austrian guard Sigi Koizar (173-95, college: Maine) added 16 points respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
