There was a minor upset when 12th ranked Demir IBB (9-18) lost to fourteenth ranked Yesilgiresun Bld (9-18) in Giresun 80-95. Yesilgiresun Bld dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Demir IBB's 38. They outrebounded Demir IBB 40-26 including 25 on the defensive glass. Yesilgiresun Bld players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American players dominated the game.
