The most exciting game of round 14 in the Liga Nova KBM took place in Domzale. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 4th ranked Helios (7-7) to seventh ranked Ilirija (4-10) 74-71 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Helios. The guests trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 23-13 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Ilirija looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. International point guard Zan-Mark Sisko (189-97, agency: BeoBasket) had a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists to lead the charge for the winners and international guard Luka Voncina (193-91, college: Charlotte) chipped in 19 points and 6 assists during the contest. Power forward Jure Besedic (205-92) responded with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Jure Pelko (190-90, agency: PEPI SPORT) scored 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Helios players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Ilirija maintains seventh position with 4-10 record. Helios at the other side keep the fourth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Rogaska.
