Second Stage Round 6: Vrsac - Dynamic BG 75-90

An interesting game for Dynamic BG (4-2) which played road game in Vrsac against one of their biggest challengers Vrsac (2-4). Third ranked Dynamic BG had an easy win 90-75. The game was mostly controlled by Dynamic BG. Vrsac managed to win third quarter 25-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dynamic BG looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Bosnian power forward Aleksandar Todorovic (206-87, agency: PEPI SPORT) notched 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and power forward Petar Rakicevic (204-95) supported him with 13 points and 6 assists. Dynamic BG's coach Miroslav Nikolic used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds by Danilo Ostojic (205-96) did not help to save the game for Vrsac. Guard Miroslav Pasajlic (190-95) added 15 points and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Dynamic BG maintains third position in Group B with 4-2 record having just two points less than leader Partizan NIS. Vrsac lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with four games lost. Dynamic BG will meet at home Metalac (#6) in the next round. Vrsac will play against Vojvodina NS and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
