Samara-SGEU outgunned Spartak-Promorie on the road to cut the deficit in the championship series. It was a great evening for Lithuanian point guard Linas Lekavicius (186-84, college: American) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international power forward Artem Yakovenko (205-88, agency: Alti Sport) helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds. Samara-SGEU's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was guard Viktor Zaryazhko (195-92) with 22 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Maxim Krivosheev (207-88) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds.
