Quarter-Finals Round 3: Falco-Vulcano - ZTE KK 93-70

Falco-Vulcano eased past ZTE KK to take 2-1 advantage in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Falco-Vulcano. ZTE KK was better in fourth quarter 29-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Falco-Vulcano dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to ZTE KK's 32. They outrebounded ZTE KK 43-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. Falco-Vulcano players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. It was a good game for American forward Steve Taylor-Jr (206-93, college: Toledo, agency: 3Eye) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). International swingman Zoltan Perl (195-95, agency: BeoBasket) contributed with 19 points and 9 assists for the winners. Four Falco-Vulcano players scored in double figures. Croatian power forward Ivica Radic (208-90, agency: XL Basketball Agency) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Deonta Vaughn (184-86, college: Cincinnati, agency: Interperformances) added 8 points and 5 assists in the effort for ZTE KK. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
