Falco-Vulcano edged Alba in the decisive fifth game and sealed their Finals berth. Alba trailed by 11 points at halftime and as many as 12 after three quarters before a 25-20 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 69-76 at the end of the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Alba helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American guard Julian Norfleet (188-91, college: Mt.St.Mary's) who scored 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
