There was no surprise in Breitenguessbach where 8th ranked Treuchtlingen (1-2) was outplayed by top-ranked TSV Troester (4-0) 87-66 on Sunday. TSV Troester made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of center Erik Land (205-90) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Alexander Engel (191-93) who added 12 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Five TSV Troester players scored in double figures. TSV Troester's coach Johannes Laub felt very confident that he used 10 players saving starting five for next games.
