Raiffeisen Flyers Wels made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international Davor Lamesic (205-83, agency: Interperformances) who scored 20 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Raiffeisen Flyers Wels will meet at home Kapfenberg Bulls (#6) in the next round. Furstenfeld Panthers will play against Hallmann in Vienna and hope to get finally their first victory.
