The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Perlas as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Perlas defeated 10th ranked Taurages in Vilnius 82-68. Perlas made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Perlas made 8 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Simas Jarumbauskas (197-0, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Einaras Tubutis (207-98) who added 12 points and 11 rebounds during the contest.
