Lions can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Ehingen/Urspringschule (0-3) 91-85 on Saturday. Lions made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Center Maurice Pluskota (208-92) fired a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. American forward Orlando Parker (203-91, college: Wagner) chipped in 19 points. Power forward Kevin Yebo (202-96) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds and American forward Seger Bonifant (201-93, college: W.Liberty St.) added 17 points respectively for lost side. Five Ehingen/Urspringschule players scored in double figures. Lions (1-3) left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place, which they share with Hanau and Phoenix Hagen. It was Ehingen/Urspringschule's third loss in a row. They still close the standings with three games lost. Lions will face league's leader Chemnitz on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Ehingen/Urspringschule will play against MLP Academics Heidelberg (#10) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
