Very important is a road loss of third ranked Langenhagen (4-2) against tenth ranked Stade (2-2) on Saturday night. Visiting Langenhagen was edged by Stade in a tough game in Stade 83-86. Swingman Janis Stielow (193-95) stepped up and scored 28 points for the winners and Spanish point guard Francesc Iturria (180-96, college: Culver Stockton) chipped in 17 points and 7 assists. Stade's coach Joan Rallo-Fernandez used a ten-player rotation in such tough game.
