Mustafa Akgoz (-0) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Yunus Erenoglu (-0) contributed with 19 points and 7 assists for the winners. Four Gaziantep players scored in double figures. Davut Guven (-0) replied with 19 points and 6 rebounds and Ali Okmen (-0) added 15 points in the effort for Selcuklu. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Gaziantep will face Bahcehir (#9) in the next round where they are favorite. Selcuklu will play against Darussafaka in Istanbul and hope to win that game.
