Regular Season Round 2: SISU - Horsholm 44-79

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of SISU (1-1) in Copenhagen. Hosts were rolled over by Horsholm (2-0) 79-44. The game without a history. Horsholm led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding SISU to just 7 points in second quarter. Horsholm dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to SISU's 22. They outrebounded SISU 42-21 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Horsholm players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by SISU's players. American forward Layne Murphy (185-94, college: Chicago St.) orchestrated the victory by scoring 4 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. International forward Gritt Ryder (173-92, college: Colorado St.) contributed with 13 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Canadian guard Nofuente Ceejay (173-93, college: Humber) replied with 13 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Aubrey Buckley (188-95, college: Missouri St.) added 8 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for SISU. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Horsholm will play against Aabyhoj (#5) on the road in the next round. SISU will play against Herlev and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
