Very predictable result when ninth ranked Bursa BSB (2-2) defeated at home bottom-ranked Mardin BSB (1-4) 76-65 on Sunday. Bursa BSB looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Sharon Houston (191-88, college: IU Northwest, agency: Gamble Sports Management) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 28 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Hande Kuzu (182-90, agency: 1andBox Sports Agency) who added 22 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American power forward Chandra Harris (185-89, college: Georgia St.) responded with 19 points and 7 rebounds and the former international forward Nazli Guler (184-82, agency: 1x1 Sports) scored 16 points and 4 assists. Mardin BSB's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Bursa BSB moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Elazig. Mardin BSB lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the bottom position with four games lost. Bursa BSB will face league's second-placed Cankaya in Ankara in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Mardin BSB will play at home against Mersin Gelisim (#13) and hope to win that game.
