Bottom-ranked Politekhnik (0-6) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 74-68 loss to fifth ranked Kyiv Basket (4-3) in Kharkiv. Politekhnik was ahead by 4 points at the halftime before a 36-26 second half run of Kyiv Basket.
