Regular Season Round 3: Blackbirds - BBU S. 111-73

Round 3 most important game was a defeat of BBU (2-1). They were crushed by Blackbirds (2-1) 111-73 on Friday night. The game without a history. Blackbirds led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 18 long-distance shots on high 58.1 percentage. Five Blackbirds players scored in double figures. Blackbirds' coach Daniel Muellner felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Spanish forward Guillermo Sanchez (200-91) with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Hungarian-Serbian forward Dusan Oluic (196-91) scored 13 points. BBU will play next round against strong Rocks trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Blackbirds will try to continue on its current victory against Mustangs in Mistelbach.
