Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. It was a good game for American forward Ryan Logan (201-94, college: Stonehill) who led his team to a victory with 20 points and 8 rebounds. Swingman Malo Valerien (197-92) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. American Brandon Watkins (207-95, college: W.Virginia) replied with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds and Helge Baues (205-94) added 17 points in the effort for Titans. SC Rist Wedel have a solid three-game winning streak. They used an opportunity after Iserlohn lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position in North. Titans at the other side dropped to the eighth place with four games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. SC Rist Wedel will play against SparkassenStars (#3) in Bochum in the next round, which may be the game of the day.
