Regular Season Round 9: KTU - Perlas 61-81

Rather predictable result when seventh ranked Perlas (5-4) rolled over 11th ranked KTU (3-6) in Kaunas 81-61. The best player for the winners was guard Karolis Giedraitis (194-98) who scored 17 points and 8 assists. Center Ernest Narusevicius (205-1) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Matas Ragauskas (189-96) who recorded 14 points and 4 assists and forward Motiejus Syminas (200-99) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Perlas moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Gargzdu. KTU lost their fourth game in a row. They dropped to the thirteenth position with six games lost. Perlas' next round opponent will be Gargzdu (#6) in Gargzdai.
